	Exchange Programme among Professionals The partners organise exchanges and sojourns for young professionals of the co-organising partners funded by a system of education grants, aimed at contributing to professional training and at encouraging the circulation of human resources and know-how in the writing, translation and libraryship sectors. In this way cultural operators have the possibility to spend a period of time observing and taking part in the everyday work life in parallel institutions of other countries. The professional exchanges are intended to give a European scope to pedagogic processes and experiences of great topicality and interest, and promote the project of the progressive juridical and administrative unity of the European Union.
